We are rounding the corner to a brand new year. Is that exciting for you? Are you already making big plans for what 2024 will bring?
A few years ago, I made this guide to help guide you through the process of reflecting on the year that is ending and set intentions for the year ahead.
I stopped doing official New Year's resolutions years ago. But I always set intentions. These intentions are my guiding star for the year.
Resolutions are too rigid. Intentions leave room for magic.
Resolutions have a pass/fail feel. Intentions are about blazing a new trail.
