How are YOU?

Every week, I send you my thoughts.  Every week, I write for YOU!  

Today, I was thinking.  It's been a while since I asked...How are you?  and What do you need?

Lots of people find this time of year to be challenging.  In my experience working in schools, this was THE time of year that it seemed like EVERYTHING was falling apart.  If you were reconsidering your career, it would be now.  And then spring (break) comes and the sun shines and life can feel good again!

Even as I write this, the day is overcast and gloomy.  It can be hard to rally that joyful energy that seems to come so easily in the summer!

So, tell me, how are YOU?

Do you joy or is it just out of reach?

Do you feel connected or alone?

Do you have routines that energize you or are you stuck in a rut?

Is there something on your mind that you'd like to have another perspective on?

Is there a mental health topic that you're curious about that you'd like to see addressed here?

I'm open!  I'm all ears!  Just send a quick reply and I'll be happy to give a thoughtful response.  I truly read and respond to EVERY message I get!  And maybe you're wondering the same thing someone else is wondering.  

I look forward to reading your replies!  Maybe I'll use some of those topics for future notes! (Don't worry, I won't ever share names or specific details but if you ask about "seasonal depression" or "gut health and anxiety", maybe someone else is curious too!)
